Stefan and Mauritz Halusa founded Halusa Advisors because boards and leadership teams keep running into the same problem: Each market requires a specific approach and decisions that used to be purely commercial are now political. Navigating them takes combining two dimensions that rarely come together: operating experience on the ground, and a real grasp of the politics. We built Halusa Advisors to bring both to the table.

Stefan has spent over 30 years building businesses in Germany, Japan, Korea, China, and ASEAN, and most recently as Director General of the
Indo-German Chamber of Commerce. He knows the markets, the business cultures, the people, and what it actually takes to succeed there.

Mauritz helped build Tanso, a fast-growing startup, from the ground up as the CEO's right hand and Chief of Staff, and researched how geopolitical risk actually translates into corporate decisions, specifically how individual German firms rethink their China exposure. He knows the geopolitical dynamics, and what they mean in the boardroom.
